Zero Void Properties LTD is a family-run property business founded by husband-and-wife team, Aigo and Anzhelika Aizporiete.

We work with landlords who want their property professionally managed, carefully maintained and treated with genuine respect.

As a small, hands-on company, we deliberately remain selective about the properties we take on. This allows us to know each home properly, maintain high standards and give every landlord a far more personal level of care.

For us, a property is never just another unit. It is someone’s investment, responsibility and trust placed in our hands.

The idea for Zero Void Properties began at home, during an ordinary evening conversation between the two of us.

Anzhelika has always had a creative eye for interiors, home design and the small details that make a space feel warm and welcoming. After helping friends transform and improve their own homes, that interest gradually developed into something bigger.

We realised that our strengths worked naturally together.

Aigo had the business mindset, organisation and determination to build and manage the commercial side of a property company. Anzhelika brought creativity, attention to detail and a genuine instinct for caring for a home.

That is exactly what we set out to build.

1. We Stay Personal - We are not building a business around collecting hundreds of properties. We choose our homes carefully so that we can remain personally involved in each one.

2. We Treat the Property as an Asset Worth Protecting - Presentation matters, but so does condition. We pay attention to how a property is used, maintained and looked after because protecting its long-term value matters to us as much as it matters to its owner.

3. Two Different Strengths, One Standard - Aigo oversees the business, landlord relationships and operational decisions. Anzhelika focuses on presentation, comfort, detail and maintaining the standard of the property. Different responsibilities, but one shared expectation: it must be done properly.

4. We Understand What a Landlord Is Entrusting to Us - Handing over a property means handing over something you may have spent years building, paying for and protecting. We never take that lightly. Our aim is to give landlords confidence that their property is being actively cared for, not simply occupied.

Zero Void Properties is very much a partnership.

Aigo is the driving force behind the commercial and operational side of the company, from developing landlord relationships to overseeing agreements and the day-to-day running of the business.

Anzhelika brings the other half of what we believe good property management requires: care. Her focus is on presentation, interiors, comfort and the details that help keep every property welcoming, well maintained and something its owner can remain proud of.
